After 33 years of service to Clark County, County Manager Yolanda King officially retires today. From her earliest days as a parking booth toll collector at Harry Reid International Airport to serving as CEO of the state’s largest government, Yolanda has navigated each challenge, opportunity, and conversation with a deep commitment to public service.
Yolanda is a problem solver and a coalition builder and her vision for Clark County has been simple: Clark County will dynamically serve the public through stewardship and accountability.
With a quiet strength and resolve, Yolanda has navigated Clark County through our most challenging times. Her leadership will be missed, but her legacy in our organization and our community remains as we carry forward her commitment to service.
