Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom Holds 2nd Shoes That Fit Event in the Valley

Clark County teamed up with the Shoes That Fit organization for the second time to ensure kids in Clark County who didn’t have proper shoes were outfitted for school and beyond. The first time the program rolled into town and rolled out boxes of Nike tennis shoes, Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick was on hand. This time Commissioner Tick Segerblom grabbed the baton and kept things moving with the effort that helped 200 hundred youth who came to the Parkdale Community Center to get a pair of free athletic shoes. Over the years Shoes That Fit have given away more than 2 million pairs of shoes to needy children to them them a boost in sports, in school and in life.
